Concept Care At Home brings a unique dynamic to home care. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
Skills
- Caregiving experience, and experience working with older adults preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and families.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect towards all clients.

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
